Wonderfully warm in winter and light and airy in summer, this is just the perfect and most comfortable base from which to enjoy all this area has to offer. Nearby, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Totnes and Salcombe are all within a short drive as well as Dartmoor. With endless opportunities to visit both breathtaking coastlines and moorland, the choice for exploration is endless.

Bedroom 3 with 6ft superking bed and en suite bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.
Bedroom 4 with 6ft superking bed and en suite shower room with walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC. This bedroom can be made up as a twin room upon request. Please specify at time of booking.
