The Cottage is a thatched, detached, Grade II listed cottage in the little South Devon village of Loddiswell. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms up separate staircases, a double with en suite shower room and a twin. On the ground floor is a family bathroom, a sitting room with wood burning stove and a kitchen with dining area and steps up to an additional seating area. Outside is a spacious enclosed garden at the back of the cottage with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as space for storing bikes and surfboards. Just 150 yards from the heart of the village with its pub and shops, The Cottage is an excellent base for exploring the whole of the South Hams on a Devon break.
