Ty Mawr is a beautifully renovated, detached 17th century farmhouse on the edge of the village of Llanuwchllyn and close to Bala in North Wales. This luxurious cottage can sleep eight people in four bedrooms, one single, one twin, one double and a family room with a kingsize double bed and a single day bed. The family room has its own ensuite shower room and there is also a large family bathroom with a double ended bath. The fully fitted kitchen leadsinto a dining room with a Rayburn stove and there are two comfortable sitting rooms, one with an open fire and the other with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for five cars and an enclosed lawned garden with spacious patio, furniture, hot tub and a BBQ and lovely countryside views of Mount Arennig. Ty Mawr is a truly luxurious cottage in a lovely rural location close to the river Lliw making it a wonderful location to spend a holiday exploring North Wales.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for hot tub. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 5 cars. Bike shed. Enclosed lawned garden with spacious patio, furniture, BBQ, hot tub and lovely countryside views with Mount Arenig beyond. WIFI available but due to rural location not suitable for streaming/downloading (between 3/4mb). Private river fishing (mainly trout) on owner's land by arrangement with owner. Free of charge if guests provide their own rod license. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop/pub 1.5 miles. Note: Max 7 adults.
