The Paddock is a lodge-style property, resting within the village of Llanbrynmair. Inside you will find three bedrooms, comprising of a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms with an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional rooms include an open-plan living room, complete with a sitting area, dining area and kitchen area. Outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars and a patio area with seating and a hot tub. All in all, The Paddock is a wonderful property for a family getaway.

Enclosed lawned garden with decking, hot tub and furniture, small BBQ (please bring own charcoal) with access to owners grounds. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and cafe 10 mins walk. Note: Limited WiFi signal due to location. Note: Property is accessed via a country lane. Note: A river runs along the lodge and through the owners grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Please note this property has a 4pm check in and 10am check out time.
