Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, WiFi, Smart TV with Freeview, selection of books and games. Cot and Highchair available on prior arrangement with owner. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking permit for 1 car for use in nearby car parks. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 min walk. Note: Building accessed via communal entrance and hallway, with two flights of stairs leading up to apartment door on the second floor. Note: Restricted head height in bedroom with some sloping ceilings in the open plan living space. Note: Restricted head height over the bath which may restrict the use of the shower. Note: Adults only, babes in arms welcome.
Note: Check-in 4pm for holiday starting on Friday but if the holiday starting on any other days of the week check in time after 5 PM.
