Gwynfryn House is a traditional property in the village of Llanbedr in North Wales. The house can sleep eleven people in six bedrooms which are made up of a second floor double, two second floor twins, a first floor king-size, a first floor double and a first floor 4ft double as well as a second floor bathroom and a first floor shower room as well as a ground floor and first floor cloakroom. The rest of the house is made up of a kitchen with breakfast area (seats 6), a dining room with woodburning stove and a sitting room (seats 10) with woodburning stove. To the outside is parking for three cars and a front patio and rear BBQ area with seating. Set in a great place, Gwynfryn House can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Cot and highchair available. Parking for 3 cars. Front patio and rear BBQ area with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.
Note: Rear BBQ area is accessed via stone steps or a bridge from the second floor.
