Briar Bank is an elevated, detached period property, dating back over 100 years with far-reaching views, situated in the coastal village of Llanaber near Barmouth and can sleep six people in two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite) and two single rooms. There is a family bathroom and an additional basin and WC. The rest of the property contains a kitchen, an external utility, a dining room with electric fire and a sitting room with electric fire. There is also a garden room. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars, lockable equipment storage and a front hillside garden with patio. Briar Bank is an excellent cottage for families or couples looking for a rural retreat with a coastal setting.
There is wifi or internet access available at Briar Bank in Llanaber. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.

Note: Due to the nature and elevated hillside location, children to be supervised in garden.There is an 8 - 10 foot drop in front of the property. Note: Off road parking is available below at roadside level; the cottage does not have vehicle access and is accessed on foot via a steep sloping zig-zag path and 52 steps in total from the roadside. May not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Garage provides lockable storage for bikes and equipment only and is not suitable for a vehicle
