Built in 1930s, St Hilary's House is a lovely detached property with bright, sun-filled rooms, set in a large and secluded pretty garden. Sitting in an elevated, quiet position on the edge of the popular village of Little Walsingham, with views across the village from the first floor, and over open fields to the rear - at certain times of year you can catch a glimpse of the Walsingham to Wells toy steam train as it passes by. The house is a mix of contemporary and traditional furnishings, feels very spacious with several living areas and has the bonus of four en-suite bedrooms, two of which could be classed as private suites as they have their own inner hall and private doorway to the main corridor.
Outside the gardens wrap around three sides of the property, with a gravel driveway and parking space for seven cars. A west facing patio and hexagonal paved seating area take full advantage of the afternoon and evening sun - ideal for lazy days and evening barbecues - and perfect for dogs being enclosed too.
Just two minutes walk from the excellent village Farm Shop and only five minutes walk from two great pubs. Easy access to the local coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea (a bus regularly passes by at the bottom of the road), where you will find everything and more you would expect from a seaside town - great shops, cafes, busy quayside and stunning beach with its famous array of colourful beach huts.
This is a fabulous house with a wonderful, homely feel and will be a popular destination for families and couples.
