Porthia is a wonderful three-bedroom Cornish cottage set in an exceptional location, within easy reach of the beach and all the attractions of St Ives. With smart furnishings and modern appliances, this property perfectly combines traditional charm with modern comfort.

When you arrive at Porthia, you’ll immediately be struck by how much thought and consideration has gone into creating this family-friendly holiday property. The ground floor features a fully integrated kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. Meanwhile, the light and airy open-plan living and dining area has a flatscreen television and plenty of comfortable seating – perfect for watching a film together after a long day on the beach.
Upstairs, you’ll find the three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has a double bed, and finally a single bedroom with a trundle bed underneath. There’s also a family bathroom with a heated towel rail, power shower and shaver socket.
Outside, you can relax with a glass of wine while the children play in the large, enclosed garden. Catching the best of the sunshine, it’s a lovely place to enjoy a lazy afternoon together.
