3 Water's Edge is a charming cottage which can be found amongst an array of similar stunning properties in the heart of Cornwall. There are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a bathroom, making the property suitable to sleep up to six people. Inside there is also an open plan living space, with a kitchen, sitting, and dining area in one. Outside is a private decking with furniture which overlooks the waters. 3 Water's Edge is a lovely property for families or a small group of friends.
There is wifi or internet access available at 3 Water's Edge in Lanreath. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in 3 Water's Edge's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Off-road parking for one car and further parking at the Old Mill a few minutes walk away. Private decking with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop is 4 miles, restaurant/pub is a 5 minute walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Wi-Fi is also available in the Old Mill Bar & Restaurant. Note: Due to the raised balcony's, lakes and open water on site so children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
