10 Water's Edge is a lodge located in Lanreath, Cornwall and is perched overlooking the scenic lake on the Stonerush Halt Lodge Park. Inside has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a king-size bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC, and one twin bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. Outside has a spacious terrace, decking area, with your own private hot tub and a table and chairs provided. Off-road parking is available for one car. 10 Water's Edge is an excellent cottage for those family breaks.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in 10 Water's Edge's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
There is one or more televisions at 10 Water's Edge. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
Why waste part of your holiday doing the washing up. 10 Water's Edge has a dishwasher installed to save you time, and family arguements, about the washing up. Everybody hates doing the washing up and the last thing you need is a big family arguement about who is going to do the washing up while you are on holiday.

Gas central heating. Electric oven. gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. 2 x TV with freeview. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 1 car. Terrace with table and chairs and private hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, restaurant/pub 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Wi-Fi is available in the Old Mill Bar & Restaurant. Note: Due to elevated terrace next to lake and other lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
