Swallows Rest is a superb property resting the outskirts of Lampeter. It houses two bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to four people. On the first floor there is also a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a sitting room and a snug. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a rear patio with a hot tub. Swallows Rest is a wonderful base for exploring this part of West Wales.
