Ivy Cottage is a pretty thatched detached Grade II listed cottage in the South Devon village of Kingston. Up steep stairs, the cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, two double and a twin sharing an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room. On the ground floor is a sitting room with open fire, a dining room and a kitchen/breakfast room. Outside is a good sized enclosed garden with patio with furniture, lawn and a terrace with barbecue. Just a stroll from the good village inn, Ivy Cottage is a charming characterful cottage for a relaxing break in Devon.
