This charming terrace cottage has been beautifully renovated to an architecturally designed plan and offers delightfully different accommodation. It has an "upside-down" layout with the stylish open plan living area on the first floor comprising a contemporary dining and sitting area with a well equipped kitchen, and the ground floor houses the comfortable bedroom and luxurious wet room. Parking is a minute's walk away (with a free 24 hour parking permit). The shops, restaurants and pubs are just a short two minute walk away and there are also pleasant riverside walks which are easily accessible. With the marvellous scenery on offer in this wonderful area this cottage makes a fabulous romantic retreat for two people any time of year.
There is one or more televisions at Wood Cottage. Ideal if you want to catch up with the latest on your favourite programmes or just fancy a quiet night in relaxing in front of the box.
Great news if you just want to get away for a long weekend or short break. Wood Cottage accepts bookings for short breaks. So if you fancy a few days in Cumbria to recharge your batteries then this cottage is well worth consideration.
