Sorry, no pets and smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 4.5 miles. Note: Whilst all ground floor, there are 5 steps plus sloped access to the entrance, with 1 internal step. Note: Property set on a working farm, children to be supervised and there may be some occasional noise experienced from farm machinery. Note: Property shares driveway access with the farm and small neighbouring static caravan site. The lawned garden is occasionally used by people staying on the small caravan site.
