Piper Cottage is a stylish Grade II listed, 300-year old cottage, filled with original beams, thick stone walls and a wood burning stove. Step inside the front door and you'll fall in love immediately. The owner, who is an interior designer, has styled the property using a palette of soft greys and blues, which reflects the coastal location and little touches make this charming cottage very special, whatever time of year you choose to visit.
Walk into the living space and take a seat on the soft sofa or one of the easy chairs. Enjoy supper over a glass of wine at the dining table or simply write postcards home. Off the sitting room you'll find a beamed kitchen with modern painted units, granite worktops and a Butlers sink. Perfectly formed and well-equipped, you'll find everything you need to cook-up a treat. With so muh local produce available within a five mile radius you are spoilt for choice.
Climb the Norfolk winder staircase to the first floor where you’ll discover a stunning king-size bedroom with quality linens, soft feather pillows, duvets and soft furnishings. Next door you'll find a super shower room and a separate WC. And outside you have a pretty south-facing terrace with garden furniture to read the papers and enjoy the warmth of the sun's rays.
On a practical note there is also a spacious utility room which is located in an outbuilding just a few steps from the row of cottages. Here you'll find a washing machine, Butlers sink, barbecue base and additional fridge/freezer.
Enjoy days out at Hunstanton, Burnham Market, Holkham or the local RSPB reserves. There are numerous pubs and restaurants, shops and galleries to explore and if you enjoy golf, then head to the famous links course at Old Hunstanton, a short five-minute drive away or you can walk to the course from Holme beach.

The owners welcome children over the age of five years only.
One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
Piper Cottage is also available as a sleeps four with an additional bedroom on the second floor.
Norfolk Winder stairs are, as with older character cottages, enclosed, steep, curved and narrow. Here they are wooden with a hand rail on one side only.
