This single-storey coastal property with pretty cottage gardens is situated just a stone's throw from the Peddars Way in Holme-next-the-Sea. Having been extended in recent years the property now offers spacious and well appointed, modern accommodation providing a great base from which to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
Holme-next-the-Sea has a village pub and childrens' play area and a lovely wide, sandy beach. It is just a mile either way from Holme to the villages of Thornham and Old Hunstanton. Thornham has an excellent delicattesan, cafe and shop, Drove Orchards farm shop and Eric's fish and chip restaurant. There are also public tennis courts, a playing field and three great village pubs. Old Hunstanton has a fabulous sandy beach, a beach café, two fabulous village pubs, a gourmet restaurant and village post office.

Please Note: The small patio area is fully enclosed. The lawned garden area does have a fence all the way around, however there is no chicken wire, so more adventurous dogs may be able to escape!
