Pirates Den is a stylish apartment at Helford Passage just moments away from the Ferryboat Inn and beach. It's been tastefully decorated throughout in neutral colours and natural fabrics which appeal to everyone's taste. The first floor living room has lovely views of the beach and river and is furnished with comfy sofas, has a separate dining area and contemporary kitchen. There are two bedrooms, with the double on the first floor and the second ground floor bedroom with a single and bunk beds. The bathroom has been fully refurbished for 2022 and now has a walk-in shower cubicle. Helford Passage nestles on the banks of the beautiful river Helford, with a sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coastal Path. Theres plenty to do on site including hire of kayaks or paddle boards to get you out on the water, or if you prefer, try the heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May 1st until the end of September). The Ferryboat Inn specialises in seafood dishes and holds regular music and quiz nights. The local ferry can take you across to pretty Helford village where you can meander along the shore to explore Daphne Du Mauriers Frenchmans Creek. Alternatively relax and enjoy good food at the welcoming Shipwrights Arms in Helford or venture further afield to the Historic Falmouth, rugged Lands End or the gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. All the traditional attractions of a Cornish Holiday such as nearby fishing trips, golf, cycling, horse-riding, seaside fish and chips, coastal walks, art galleries and stunning beaches make this a perfect base for couples or families all year round.

There is a flight of external steps from the car park to the apartment, or alternately, a longer slope. You can pull up outside the property for unloading suitcases and shopping.
