Hove-To is a ground-floor apartment at Helford Passage, just moments away from the Ferryboat Inn and beach. It's decorated throughout in warm cream which brings out the richness of the parquet flooring and natural wood furniture. Some of the artwork has a nautical theme, and others depict the history of the area. Theres a sunny patio with river views, a large comfortable living area with wood burner, a well-equipped kitchen and three good size bedrooms. Helford Passage nestles on the banks of the beautiful river Helford, with a sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coastal Path. Theres plenty to do on site including hire of kayaks or paddle boards to get you out on the water, or if you prefer, try the heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from May 1st until the end of September. The Ferryboat Inn specialises in seafood dishes and holds regular music and quiz nights. The local ferry can take you across to pretty Helford village where you can meander along the shore to explore Daphne Du Mauriers Frenchmans Creek. Alternatively relax and enjoy good food at the welcoming Shipwrights Arms in Helford or venture further afield to historic and bustling Falmouth, experience rugged Lands End or the gentle gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. All the traditional attractions of a Cornish Holiday such as nearby fishing trips, golf, cycling, horse-riding, seaside fish and chips, coastal walks, art galleries and stunning beaches make this a perfect base for couples or families all year round.
