River View is a beautiful, mid-terrace, former Coastguard's cottage at Helford Passage, just moments away from the Ferryboat Inn and the beach. It's decorated throughout in neutral shades, with splashes of colour in the artwork and soft furnishings and from the sunny patio you can enjoy views of the river, enjoy alfresco dining and watch the world go by. The cottage has an open plan living area with log burner and is tastefully furnished in a fresh, seaside style. Theres a contemporary kitchen with an adjacent additional shower room and 3 comfortable bedrooms with delightful views from the master bedroom. Helford Passage nestles on the banks of the beautiful river Helford, with a sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coastal Path. Theres plenty to do on site including hire of kayaks or paddle boards to get you out on the water, or theres the heated outdoor swimming pool (open from May 1st until the end of September) The Ferryboat Inn specialises in seafood dishes and holds regular music and quiz nights. The local ferry can take you across to pretty Helford village where you can meander along the shore to explore Daphne Du Mauriers Fishermans Creek. Alternatively relax and enjoy good food at the welcoming Shipwrights Arms in Helford or venture further afield to historic and bustling Falmouth, experience rugged Lands End or the gentle gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. All the traditional attractions of a Cornish Holiday such as nearby fishing trips, golf, cycling, horse-riding, seaside fish and chips, coastal walks, art galleries and stunning beaches make this a perfect base for couples or families all year round.

Breakfast bar with 4 stools separates lounge from the contemporary kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave. Door to rear shower room with hand basin WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3 with twin single beds. Please note: these are small single beds (190cm x 75cm), made to fit the space and might only be suitable for children or small adults. First floor Master bedroom 1 with exposed beams and 5ft double bed and views of the river. Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6in double bed. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.
