Golden Hill Cottage is a lovely cottage situated two miles outside of Haxby, a village north of the city of York in North Yorkshire. The cottage has a three bedrooms, one double with en-suite, one twin and one ground floor twin. There is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with woodburning stove. There is also a ground floor wet room. Outside there is off road parking for four cars, a patio with pond and furniture. Golden Hill Cottage is set in a wonderful location, surrounded by beautiful countryside, a brilliant base for exploring North Yorkshire.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Owner has friendly dogs. Note: The ornamental pond is covered with netting, however children must be supervised at all times. Note: Owner can reduce property to sleep 4 with a reduced price, the twin bedroom would be shut off to guests. Please contact the office to discuss.
