The rest of this character cottage contains a kitchen with dining area, a utility and a sitting room. To the outside there is parking in a nearby public car park and a courtyard patio with furniture. The Fisherman's Rest is ideally located for both couples looking for a romantic break away, or for families looking for a Sussex seaside break.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate on request. Load/unload outside cottage only. Free roadside parking available outside property from 8pm to 9am (not available 9am to 8pm), plus free roadside parking all day 6 mins walk away. Parking in council owned car park approx 4 mins walk away, winter prices from £3.50 for 24 hours, summer prices £9 for 24 hours. Weekly tickets are available for £30 and can be arranged in advance directly with owners. Courtyard patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Due to age and period of the property there are some uneven floors, low doorways, sloping ceilings and steep, narrow stairs in the cottage, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The cottage is accessed from the front or rear via several stone steps. Note: Access to the patio is via 6 stone steps.
