Electric heating with open fire. Electic oven with induction hob, fridge with ice box, microwave. TV with build in DVD player. Parking in nearby car park with a pass provided by the owner. Pubs, shops and restaurants 0.1 miles. NOTE: The stairs are ladder style with alternating treads known as "Paddle and Oar" and will not be suitable for very young children or the elderly.
