1 Edith Mews is a fabulous reverse level 2 bedroom property in the award winning development at Prospect House, Hallsands, situated on the cliff tops over Start Bay. Tasteful inside and out, this property makes the most of the countryside views with the living space and balcony on the first floor which is light and airy with a well equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area and space to dine whilst enjoying the scenery. Downstairs the 2 bedrooms open up on to a private courtyard garden with a gate to access the communal grounds and heated outdoor pool. From the front entrance the communal tennis court is just metres away, and further communal grounds offer guests the ability to relax and enjoy stunning views over Start Bay from the lighthouse around to the mouth of the River Dart. 1 Edith Mews is a fantastic property to relax and unwind in this truly special location. The nearby, historic ruined village of Hallsands,can be seen from a viewing platform very near Prospect House. The famous South West Coastal Path, which is right on the doorstep, has fabulous walks along rugged cliffs that dip into sandy coves offering some of the best scenery in the UK. Alternatively, pack up and head over the hill to the beach at North Hallsands. The nearby villages of Beesands, South Pool, Stokenham and Chillington all boast superb pubs, and the town of Kingsbridge has all amenities, just twenty five minutes away. The historic town of Dartmouth can be reached along the coastal road and has a good selection of shops and galleries along with eateries. Popular Salcombe can be reached via the foot ferry from East Portlemouth or by road forty minutes away. The beautiful beaches of Slapton Sands, Mill Bay and East Portlemouth are all just twenty minutes away, and keen walkers can enjoy a trip to Dartmoor.
