Wisteria Cottage is a fabulous, end-terrace farmhouse cottage surrounded by countryside. There is a king-size double room, and a twin room, with a shower room on the ground floor. There is a kitchen with a dining area, a dining room opening into a conservatory with sea views, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, the landing leads to the garden where you will find a private seating area boasting sea views, and direct access to public bridleway leading down to the coast. Wisteria Cottage is a wonderful base for families and groups of friends exploring the South Hams and Devon?s coastline, all year round.

Property is 0.5 miles from coast via coastal path. Shop and pub 1.5 miles via coastal path or approx 3 miles by road. Note: By their nature, conservatories can be cold in the winter and whilst the adjoining second dining area is heated, it is more comfortable for use as a seasonal room depending on the outside temperature.
