Owned and run by HM The Queen's Sandringham Estate, The Granary has three bedrooms all with en-suites (one on the ground floor), This very spacious semi-detached barn conversion offers couples, families and groups a wonderfully peaceful location to stay in the heart of the Great Bircham, just a short stroll across the road to a good pub serving home-cooked food and a fantastic deli/café serving breakfasts, lunch and home-made cakes.

The property is tastefully furnished throughout with some wonderful artifacts; therefore staying here offers guest a unique and privileged experience, combined with a lovely location, close to amenities and the glorious north Norfolk beaches and picturesque coastal villages and Georgian market towns.

Well-equipped throughout with a large kitchen/dining room, inviting dual aspect sitting room with french doors to the gardens and a wood burning stove and underfloor heating, you will feel cosy whatever time of year you choose to visit. The sunny fully-enclosed gardens, front and back are lovely and you will be able to enjoy two terrace/patios making it perfectly safe for dogs and children.

The Granary is well located for exploring this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where you will be rewarded with an abundance of countryside walks and birdwatching opportunities right on your doorstep.
