Lantyan House is a fabulous and contemporary property overlooking the River Fowey in Golant. The house sleeps eight people and has one super-king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, two king size rooms, one twin, and a family bathroom. On the ground floor is a kitchen diner, sitting room and a family shower room. Outside is a large sun deck plus a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as parking for four cars. Located just a short stroll from the picturesque river, Lantyan House is super-stylish and offers a memorable holiday at any time of the year.
Note: this property has a £100 security deposit payable one week before your holiday commences.
Note: There is a drop to one side of the back lawn - please make sure children are supervised.
