Ground Floor
Enter the property into the reception hall from which leads a useful cloaks/WC then on to the living space.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine and views to the front of the property.
The sitting room is open plan with comfortable sofas. The dining area is ideal to enjoy meals together and is by the French doors which lead to the garden - perfect for enjoying al fresco dining or to sit and enjoy the first cup of the day!
First Floor
The master bedroom is a good size with a king size bed, bedside cabinets and lights. There is a lovely Juliet balcony providing plenty of light into the room.
The twin bedroom has views to the front and has two full size 3' single beds.
The smart house bathroom has a bath, shower over the bath, WC and hand wash basin
Outside
There is outside space with a terrace and table and chairs.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Silversands Cottage's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.
