Monks Cottage is a delightful detached bungalow in a rural location, set within the owner’s extensive grounds, within the hamlet of Leaveland, 4.5 miles of the market town of Faversham, Kent. It sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, and there is also a bathroom. The accommodation is completed by a sitting room with a dining area and a kitchen. Outside there is a decked terrace with furniture and off road parking for one car. The surrounding countryside is ideal for walkers and cyclists and Faversham’s shops, markets and restaurants are a joy to explore. Canterbury and Dover are within easy reach, as well as London for a great day out, this cosy bungalow is ideal for a restful break of a fun-packed holiday.

Note: There are three steps up from the kitchen to the bathroom. Note: The property is situated close to a secluded 15 touring caravan park. Note: There is a £25 refundable deposit for use of the key fob which opens the gates remotely, payable directly to the owner. Note: The electric stove in the sitting room is for decorative purposes only.
