The property is one of two holiday cottages at the farm Grooms Cottage is the smaller one sleeping 4 guests and the cottage next door is Stable Cottage which sleeps up to 8 Both properties have their own outside areas and there is parking for both cottages
Grooms Cottage benefits from oil-fired central heating throughout Heating and electricity is included in the price of the accommodation The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher The sitting room has a TV with Freeview and WiFi is available throughout the property at no additional cost Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring beach towels if you wish to take them on day trips A travel cot can be provided on request and there is a high chair available also
Off-road parking is provided just a short distance from the front door
