Ryepiece Cottage is a Grade II listed property, resting within the village of Ettington. Stepping inside, you will find a double bedroom, offering an en-suite shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Moving through the property you will find an open-plan living room, comprising of a sitting area, dining area and a kitchen area. Outside, you will find off-road parking for one car and a garden area with patio and furniture. Ryepiece Cottage is a superb base for a romantic getaway.

Off road parking for one car. Bike storage. Garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is an unfenced pond at this property. Note:The owner hosts Community (non profit making) house concerts 6 times a year in their home adjoining the cottage. Guests are very welcome to attend these Friday evening Blues, Jazz or Classical music events. Note: No BBQ's allowed as the owner's home is thatched. Please note: Check in is from 4pm and check out is before 10am.
