West Gate is an all ground floor cottage with seat views, set outside Embleton. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside there is a front patio with furniture and a hot tub, shared children's play area and off road parking . West Gate a luxury cottage for a break on the Northumberland coastline.

LPG central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car, plus parking for 1 further car on-site. Front patio with furniture and hot tub. Shared children's play area on cottage complex. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: Beach is accessed via owner's land on tended pathway suitable for pushchairs. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10.30am. Note: The swimming pool is available for all guests staying in our 10 cottages and 4 apartments. It works on a weekly rota system, where each property gets 6 x one hour exclusive slots across the week which will be allocated in a folder on arrival.
Please note, caravans/ motor homes/ commercial vehicles (eg vans) are not permitted to be parked outside the properties
If you plan to arrive with any of the above, there is alternative parking opposite the properties, just off the main site (it is still covered by our CCTV) This is available by prior arrangement at a cost of £20
