Eden House is a Grade II listed, detached house in the centre of the village of Edenhall in Cumbria. The cottage sleeps up to fourteen people in six bedrooms which are made up of a zip/link super king-size double, a double with an en-suite, a double, a single with pull-out stacker bed and two second floor twins, one of which has a pull-out stacker bed. There are also two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility, a pantry, a boot room, a dining room, two sitting rooms with an open fire, a second floor library with a sofa bed and a first floor games room. Outside is off road parking for five cars, a large enclosed mature garden and bike storage. Eden House is a perfect location for that long awaited get together.
There is wifi or internet access available at Eden House in Edenhall. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Eden House's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Large enclosed mature garden with furniture including BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, bar and restaurant in hotel 3 mins walk. Note: Staircase to second floor is narrow and has a tight turn, not suitable for people with limited mobility and children to be supervised. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
