This attractive former cottage and water mill has been carefully refurbished and offers lots of modern comforts and amenities, but with a sense of the original country dwelling throughout, with some exposed stone walls and original beams. There are five bedrooms on the first floor, a double height sitting room with wood burning stove and gallery above, an open plan family room and dining area, and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with breakfast island and seating. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with adjoining cloakroom with shower, and on the first floor the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and dressing area. There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower enclosure, and a separate spacious shower room also.
In addition to having a large garden abutting the River Frome, it has a private designed courtyard with heated swimming pool and al fresco dining and relaxing areas aplenty.
