Vale Barn is a detached barn conversion in the centre of Dronfield in Derbyshire. The cottage can sleep six people in two bedrooms with a sofa bed in the sitting room. Outside is off road parking for two cars and two patio areas with furniture. Vale Barn is in an ideal location for discovering the Peak District and Derbyshire.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike/buggy shed. Two patio areas with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop,pub and railway station 3 mins walk. Note: Steep slope with handrail approaching property followed by 8 stone steps to front patio. Note: No stag/hen parties, or similar. Note: The galleried landing overlooks the sitting room, therefore care should be taken. Note: A range of home-cooked meals/salads and desserts is available from the owner at additional cost.
