Pip's Hideaway is a special holiday cottage nestled in a woodland location on the edge of the historic and pretty village of Milton Abbas. Ideally placed for village and woodland walks, and with Lake Lodge opposite and the popular Hambro Arms just a stroll away, a break at this delightful hideaway is perfect for families and couples who wish to enjoy this unique location.
The property has been cleverly architect designed and offers an open-plan sitting and dining room with double height ceiling on the ground floor, and there also is a well equipped kitchen, and cloakroom. A modern staircase leads up to the first floor with its generous king-size bedroom, a mezzanine floor overlooking the sitting room below with a bedroom with two single beds, and a family bathroom with sunken bath.
Enjoy a stroll along ‘The Street’ and take in the pretty village views and chocolate box cottages, explore the surrounding beautiful countryside and nearby villages, or venture to the county town of Dorchester, market town of Blandford Forum or the wonderful Jurassic Coast.
Additional Information:
Infants and children are welcome. Please be mindful that young children will need to be supervised due to the mezzanine floor.
A high chair and travel cot is available upon request. Please bring your own cot linen.
A stairgate is not possible to be fitted.
Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). This property does not have an enclosed garden - please have dogs on leads.
