Located in the centre of the village but quietly tucked away at the end of a private driveway, York Cottage offers peace, privacy and convenience - it's just a short walk away from local amenities and only a fifteen minute drive to the beautiful beach at Brancaster. The sitting room is spacious and sunny and has french doors leading to the garden. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has a pleasant dining area. A very useful utility room, just off the kitchen, has a door into the garden and is the perfect place for removing muddy boots and drying wet clothes. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (king-size, double and twin), all with plenty of storage, and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
York Cottage is a restful retreat that will appeal to couples, friends and families who are looking for a comfortable base and a 'get away from it all' village location that's very well positioned for enjoying not only the beautiful North Norfolk coast but also the many pretty inland areas too. It's ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers as well as beach lovers, and you are spoilt for choice for some great places to eat as well.
