With all rooms on the ground-floor, the property hosts three bedrooms: one double, one family room with king-size and single, and one single, able to sleep a total of six guests and served by a family shower room and cloakroom. There is a fitted kitchen, as well as an open-plan living room and dining area. Outside has a front and rear lawned garden and patio areas with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. 24 Mount Boone Way is a delightful choice for a seaside break to Dartmouth.
