Sunnyside is a well-presented family property conveniently located around 15 minutes’ walk into the centre of Dartmouth. With three bedrooms, the property comfortably sleeps six with a spacious family bathroom and separate w.c. On the first-floor level is a cosy sitting room, with the kitchen and dining area on the lower ground floor. Outside is a superb two-tiered sun deck with panoramic views across the town. Sunnyside is a great base for a family looking to explore Dartmouth and the surrounding area.
