Balmoral House is a beautifully presented and pet friendly accommodation enjoying delightful views across the River Dart and is within a 10 minute walk from Dartmouth’s award winning restaurants and boutique shops. The property has two en suite double bedrooms, one with zip and link single beds, a family bathroom and a cloakroom. There is a modern well equipped kitchen, dining room and stylish lounge with attractive period fireplace with marble surround and coal-effect gas fire. Outside is a spacious terrace and raised area with decking with table, four chairs and two sun loungers. Offering the use of the Dart Marina Health Spa facilities, including indoor pool, steam room, jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas, Balmoral House provides an ideal base for couples to enjoy and explore Dartmouth and the South Hams.
