The property also has a family bathroom, a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant lounge/dining area with a fabulous semi-circular bay window, which can be opened to create a ‘Juliet’ balcony, offering mesmerising views over the River Dart. Guests can enjoy the use of Dart Marina Health Spa, including indoor pool, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and beautifully designed relaxation areas, when staying at 21 Dart Marina.
