19 Fairview Road is a delightfully presented and very well-equipped holiday home with lovely elevated views over Dartmouth and towards the River Dart. The property has two family bathrooms, and sleeps six people in three bedrooms (one en suite double, one double and one twin). The property also has an open plan kitchen/sitting/dining room, as well as a utility room, cloakroom and secondary kitchen. Outside is a sun terrace and separate balcony, both with views over the town towards the river, as well as parking for one car and a garden area. 19 Fairview Road is a recently upgraded property over three floors (internally) and is ideally set up for 2-3 couples or a family group, looking for a Dartmouth base.
