The cottage sleeps four people in two double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom and the other with en suite shower room) and a single. On the ground floor are a sitting room with wood burning stove, kitchen with dining area, reading room and hall. Outside is a meadow with patio with furniture and barbecue, leading to the open moors, and access to twelve acres of meadow, woods and river with fishing. In the centre of the moors, Herb Cottage is an excellent cottage for outdoor activities or enjoying peace on a Devon break.
