Park House is a traditional semi-detached cottage on a small park of holiday lodges in Crossgates near to Llandrindod Wells in Mid Wales. The cottage sleeps five people and has one double bedroom and one twin room with en-suites and a single bed with Jack-and-Jill access to the bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. Perfect as a touring base for discovering Mid Wales and Herefordshire, Park House will provide a memorable holiday home, all year round.

Power and fuel starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 6 cars. Enclosed lawned front garden with furniture. Garden is fenced but dogs must be kept on leads at all times as could be unsecured. Four well-behaved dogs welcome, all dogs must be kept on a lead and under proper control at all times when using Rhos Holiday Home Park's grounds and gardens. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk, pub 2 miles. Note: Up until January 2020, the bedroom layout is: Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom, 1 x twin with en-suite corner bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Cot and Highchair available. Note check in time is 5pm and check out time is 10:30am.
