Washing machine in boiler cupboard. Sitting room/dining with 50" TV with DVD, large L-shaped sofa & 2 seater sofa, dining table & chairs, sunroom with tub chairs. To the front, a small lawned garden and parking for up to six cars. The ample back garden is raised, lawned with a paved seating area with garden furniture, sea views.
Wifi, 50" flatscreen TV with DVD, sunroom, bedlinen and towels provided, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob, freezer, drinks fridge, fridge, microwave, garden furniture, garden. Short walk to local amenities. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. The back garden is raised to make the most of the sea views with a drop of approximately 4ft to the ground by the house so may not be suitable for people with small children / toddlers. The gardens are not totally enclosed.
