Top Spot Cottage is a lovely cottage situated in the grounds of a Victorian estate in the Village of Cressbrook in the Peak District. This property can sleep five people in three bedrooms, one double room with en-suite bath with shower over, basin and WC, one double with en-suite shower, basin and WC and one double with en-suite shower, basin and WC. There is also a kitchen and sitting room with dining area. Outside there is private use of a patio and shared use of communal grounds. One well behaved dog is welcome. There is ample off road parking within the estate grounds. The cottage can be booked with the two adjacent properties Refs 957496 and 957501 in the Victorian Gardens and together they sleep 17. It can also be booked with the other properties on the estate Refs 957497, 957498, 957502 and 957515, together they sleep 37.
