Electric heating. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawn and decking with furniture. Clever spa inflatable hot tub. Use of stocked fishing lake (rod licence required). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Due to lake and stream, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Lane to property can be bumpy, care to be taken.
