A spacious, light and bright holiday home with underfloor heating and a first-floor sitting room with south facing balcony, taking in those stunning sea and countryside views, just two minutes’ walk from the beach.
Lowenna (Cornish for “happy and joyful”) is situated just a two-minute walk from the beach in Coverack along with its selection of eateries, a gallery and shop.
Flooded with natural light, the downstairs accommodation includes an open-plan dining kitchen with fabulous bi-folding doors to the garden, a television and separate utility room. On this level you will also find a king-size bedroom with its own en-suite, a bunk bedroom and the family bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors out to the patio. A rack for storing wets suits is provided within the integral garage.
The stunning sitting room has been cleverly positioned upstairs with a wood burning stove, triple aspect windows, a south facing balcony, television and DVD player.
Also on the first floor is the master king-size bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom which can flexibly be configured as a super-king size bed on request. There is a cloakroom/WC here too.
Outside is a pretty garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. A stay at Lowenna is sure to leave you feeling “happy and joyful”.
