Waterbridge Lodge is a detached barn conversion set one mile from the village of Copplestone, 13 miles from Exeter. This cottage sleeps six people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite shower room and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with double sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden with furniture and use of the owners' grounds. Waterbridge Lodge is an ideal retreat for exploring the Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, along with the town of Crediton and the city of Exeter.
