Dining table and chairs for six guests. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron press. Ground floor WC and wash basin. The Lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, tub chairs, Flatscreen TV, Sky movies, Netflix, X-Box, Blu-Ray DVD, Surround Sound system and compendium of games. Lounge and hallway leads to Conservatory with a dining table to seat 10 guests with access to the garden. Stairs to Bedroom 1 with Kingsize 5ft bed and Ensuite with shower over bath, wash basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6inch double bed. Family bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, washbasin and WC. Stairs to Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft beds. Bedroom 4 with Kingsize 5ft bed. Bedroom 5 with 3ft twin beds. Family shower room with WC and washbasin.
